Very strong bird cage. We have two cockatiels (brother and sister), one on each side with a spacer in between. Each side is roomy enough for a cockatiel. During the day they are outside. At night we need to keep them separate but close together otherwise they will get excited so this was the perfect solution. The cage is easy to assemble with the tools provided following the instructions provided. The powder-coated steel is very easy to clean compared to the plastic cages we've had in the past, and the slide-out grate and tray are much better than the slide-out tray for everyday cleaning only. The only reason for four stars instead of five is that I'm not sure why or how our birds somehow get some seeds under the cage on the table below. This shouldn't happen even if the bottom of the cage is slightly raised as it will appear as if the trays are butting, but they are. However, this issue is fairly easy to fix by vacuuming the table underneath while we take out the trays to clean. So we are still very happy with the purchase, as are our birds.
