- Movement made in Japan, strap made in China - 8.5 inch strap including dial - Water resistant to 30m - No light or glow but Dial catches light well. The dial is very easy to read. Hand placement is very clear so even without the #s it's not hard to tell the time. I like metal very much. It's well done. They're tiny, almost dainty screws, but they're still screws, so it lends itself to whatever associations you might have with "bronze." It was fun playing with it. This is a simple watch with no frills. "A real diamond" is just a tiny chip placed in a faceted metal case to make it appear larger. The entire jewelry industry has been doing this for at least decades. It bugs me, but it's "industry standard". Actually quite random for me. I like the rest of the watch so I don't care. They seem to tell the time. st good. It makes no perceptible noise. The group is well done.
