Review on Super Concentrated Windshield Washer Fluid by Carl Mayes
Adding ethyl alcohol will not work at low temperatures.
I added 1 ounce of ethyl alcohol as directed. It was completely frozen at -2-5 degrees C. Please tell me how to make it for a low temperature and not for ethyl alcohol. If you plan to use it below 0 degrees Celsius, don't buy it until the correct solution is released.
