This retractable pole is a great idea if you want to dive underwater and see marine life up close. The transparent tube has a retractable moving part. Simply twist, extend and twist to secure. There's also an adapter for the remote control, but I suggest securing it with a zip or you'll lose it in the rough ocean waves because it just clips onto the tube. I have a GoPro 5 but you can connect any action camera because they all have the same adapter. One downside I noticed when I dived into the water. The water enters the clear tube and it has been over two weeks now that I can still see the water stain in the clear tube in one of the drawings I posted. Update: After using it a few times on the beach, more water seeped into the clear tube so I'm not swimming again. It's ok in the short term, not in the long term.
