Good product, bad quality control?

The fan moved relatively quietly and distributed a lot of air, but due to the design, 1 of the 2 units had to be dismantled during transport. The propeller blades detached and fell off the shaft and the device is designed so that it cannot be opened by humans so I was unable to reattach and tighten it. This got me thinking about the blades on another device I bought so I returned both.
