Review on ๐Ÿงฅ Caterpillar Men's Heavy Insulated Parka: Reliable Warmth in Regular and Big & Tall Sizes by Jeremy Kakaruk

In this cloak it would be possible to defeat a bear. I love this coat, not too chunky.

My first impression of the coat when I unboxed it was that it was a serious cold weather coat. That's exactly what I wanted. Rarely do I order something and it fits so well. She had a polo shirt and a t-shirt underneath, and enough room for a sweater and sweatshirt if needed for the really crazy cold Michigan weather with no water. I have another coat similar to the others in the department, it's much bulkier and a bit longer but feels a little heavier. The outer shell is very thick and durable and will last a lifetime. I was a bit skeptical at first as it doesn't look very chunky in the picture, but rest assured it seems heavy enough for pretty much anything. It's only September, the weather is in the 60s right now so I can't say exactly what the verdict is but I'm guessing at this point I'll be wearing it a lot on the worst of our coldest days. I love the hood and reflective tape. There are no street lights in my area so the reflective strip is a nice touch. Have you ever gotten stranded on the side of the road at night? That's a big deal, although not very obvious. It's nice to get something that actually exceeds expectations when you get it. I have returned hats, boots and other items and have had to shell out for some items but it won't be anything like that. The color is right, the coat wins. My old Carhart turns into an emergency coat which is left in the trunk. After 15 hard years, this is a new good one.
