Reason #1 I wasn't happy, it kept slipping off when I moved and eventually fell off my neck. Reason #2 I am returning an item; The on/off switch is SO DELICATE! it was always in my pocket, in the box. If it weren't for these problems, it would work perfectly. The airflow was cool, quiet, and I rarely had to use it above average. If you sit still and just sit or lie down, it will probably be fine. I couldn't run, walk or tilt my head to avoid falling or slipping.
