Nice design and great price but these earbuds have always had trouble connecting to my iPhone X. Also, the battery level was low even after an overnight charge. are often very low (at least this has been reported via Bluetooth). Finally, I found it extremely difficult to remove the headphones from the case (and my hands and fingers are fairly normal sized). The lid and the way the buds are set into the body make them very difficult to remove. Overall, while they typically "plugged" into my phone, they rarely connected to my music that I was playing and that combined with the charging issue and difficulty of just pulling them out meant it was a waste of time. and time to try another brand.
