I really liked them at first so I bought them again. But slider clips warp, tear and break too, and then the packages are unusable and have to be thrown away because there is no way to close them. So not very reusable. I've searched and searched for replacement slider clips but nobody seems to be selling them. Everyone sells their silicone pouches with those crappy hard plastic slider clips that don't last long. The vacuum sealer is also not durable. I wasn't too surprised so it wouldn't be a deal breaker for me. I would just use bags without a vacuum seal. However, bad slider clips break the deal. I don't know why the sliders have to be plastic. It seems to me that if they were stainless steel or aluminum they would really work over time. I'm still looking for a product that really works.
