Review on Iseebiz Smart Pet Camera by Logan Tripp

Update: The company took it to the next level and sent me a new device. Now it works as it should and I like the device. This is really one of the best, I've tried 4 different ones, even much more expensive ones. The video is great. This is a great device! You can't use it if you're not on the same network, so there's no point if you're out of town and want to toss your pet a treat because it's not working. I've spent the last four weeks contacting customer service to resolve this issue and they just don't really want to bother. Unfortunately, my returns window just closed yesterday. So they basically pushed me until I couldn't get it back. As for customer service, they get no stars.
