Upgrade from 1 star to 3 stars: Initial message "Cannot start. The BCI-CH21 appears to be LED based and that was a concern for me. However, when I reverse the jeep, the screen appears black, like the camera is not receiving power. I may have damaged the cable while driving. Additional troubleshooting required. I'll update the review then, but the directions are pretty bad. I found 2 errors in the instructions and checked the website and that was wrong too. 1. Error - inconsistency in the DIP switch settings. The second mistake is the wrong color for programming pin #1 either in the instructions or on the wiring harness. "Turns out I had the wrong yellow RCA jack plugged in on the radio side of the wiring harness. Once I switched it to the correct yellow RCA jack, everything worked fine. Got this online on a Jeep Wrangler forum It is also not clear where to connect the programming outputs.
