Review on Vodlix by Jamie Rogers

The platform has been very easy to use once I got over any initial teething problems of not having everything in one place yet! They are always getting better at it which is great if you want your software/platform to be used by other companies as well. Their customer support team and engineers are super helpful even when working during business hours - they will answer anything that we need help with and keep us up to date about new features coming soon. It's tough finding good competition but we've compared our service to theirs and have found them to do some things really badly while others they're doing pretty ok. So far so good - no issues here. We had an issue where their system would crash sometimes which could take quite a long time to fix. This was because there were too many requests at that point meaning they couldn't process them all.
