1 star in this rating is not due to the functionality of the back panel. But the straps on the backpack weren't sewn on properly and it loosened the psyche more than I can explain (photo attached). I shared this discovery on my Instagram story and all my followers were so shocked and outraged that I even showed them this disturbing picture! I really need the bag and don't have the time or patience to send it back and get a new one, but I'm also devastated that I'll have to spend the rest of my life looking at the crooked straps of this backpack. At first I thought it might be a really bad design flaw, but after looking at the product photos again I thought I received a defective bag! Here, too, the functionality of the backpack is simply on top. But anyone with OCD, beware, YOU CAN'T DEVELOP IT! I am deeply disturbed and forever traumatized by these images, like everyone I know.
