3 stars in every respect; 1 for fast shipping, 1 for the size (seems big enough for my SUV) and 1 for color and possible material. Instructions or lack thereof were disappointing. I installed it upside down at first because it didn't exist. All they sent for information is my picture above. They claim that my seats were supposed to have anchors for safety (see picture and step 2 of the instructions) but there weren't any! This got me frustrated as I am now worried if it will be strong enough to stay in place for my two large puppies (German Shepherd and Border Collie/Lab). They tend to slide off the seat onto the floor even with their harnesses and straps on so I really need those straps to function. Tomorrow they will go for a weekly test. I still have no hope for this product. After using the hammock it slipped all over the seat, doesn't cover my entire back seat (corners) in my SUV and also because the company seems to have taken the wrong direction. After seeing my review I received another email from them saying how disappointed they were in ME for making the mistake of offering a "much more expensive product than the one I bought" sending the wrong directions instead of just letting him go. you are confused Own it and move on. Your product is not worth the money and your customer service is lousy. Please don't bother me with further emails! Thanks very much!
