They are not non-slip.
I don't suggest them for "water shoes". I have a cleaning business and don't wear shoes to clients' homes so I bought these to try on while mopping the floors. Well, I almost killed myself a couple of times. They are very slippery when wet. They also fit well and are comfortable.
