Would not recommend these collars to other pet owners.
I purchased two of these collars in December 2021. Both of my boxers aren't that active, but by June both of the plastic ties holding the Smart ID QR tag had come loose. The plastic links feel brittle and both have snapped at the junction with the Max and Molly logos on the collar itself. The design of the collars has only one weak point in the connection between the QR tag holder and the logo. Without the QR tag attached, they do not serve their intended purpose and must be disposed of.
