Warmer than pants

I'm one of those people who gets cold. I keep an electric blanket on my bed all year round for cool summer nights. I literally sweated doing nothing in them - THEY ARE WARM. The problem is that the elastic waistband is not sewn on. When washed, they curl up, making them uncomfortable to wear and difficult to get to lay flat.
