Could be a good mouthguard

Unfortunately it didn't work for me. The instructions are simple and I can see it working great as a mouth guard and teeth grinding, however I am allergic to the materials used in this product. My gums and lips were red and irritated after using it. I'm in the minority on this one as I have some sensitivity or allergic reaction to latex, some plastics, dyes and chemicals. For this reason I give 3 stars. I'll keep trying to find one that works for me.
