5 liter double screw cap soft wall jar contains a transparent gel-like material believed to contain aloe vera. . Slowly adding product and then IPA with thorough mixing partially mixes the two, but the water soluble gel and added 70% IPA never completely mix the two dissimilar substances. Proper mix by volume: 60/40 IPA/gel. I also added it to a couple of nearly empty pure aloe vera bottles and it blended much better. As such, this gel is intended for use in ultrasound machines, not defibrillators, and can be modified somewhat with 70% IPA to make a hand sanitizer. It works, but the proportions don't make it that thick for me - watery isn't quite the word, but certainly not gel-like. This works if you can't find pure aloe vera gel. YMMV.
