THIS COLLAR IS REALLY GREAT AND COMFORTABLE ON MY DOG. BUT. MY DOG HAS A NECK SIZE OF 14 1/2 INCHES SO I ORDERED XS/S WHICH SAID IT FITS 12-18 INCHES. I put it on as best I can and it is too big for her. WHEN PULLED, IT GOES RIGHT TO THE EARS AND DETACHES. So I have to rip open the seam and tighten a bit. DISAPPOINTED.
