So I'm glad I went down a size than the manufacturer recommended as they tend to be almost too big in general. While they fit and don't fall off the hips, they feel a little too roomy for my liking, even during intense exercise. I feel like going medium would change my mind because I would have that cozy, sexy look that I prefer. They still make a good pair of training shorts, but be aware that you may forgo a different size chart or buy multiple pairs of different sizes and have to return the ones that don't fit you. For reference to help others, I am AMAB, 71 inches (or 5'10") tall, 173 lbs. My waist is 32 inches, hips 39 inches.
