Arrives as a flat package that magically unfolds the party inside. Easy to hang with a bent paper clip at the office. This saved me both time and money decorating a cubicle - and it looks great!The "Congratulations" sign at the top is a flap, like 4 sides of a box - the message is on all four sides. You might want to tape the flaps in right angles to keep the look clean.I ended up hanging the long white streamers towards the front of the cubicle, pulling the top portion at an angle. I taped pennies to the underside of the "box" on top to balance the weight again.
