It's a terrible piece of plastic!

So I was excited when I revived this backpack to help me through some of the pain; I assembled it and as soon as I lay on it the curved part flattened out, I tried all the different settings on it and each time the curved part flattened out. This rear subframe is supposed to hold up to 250lbs and I weigh 190lbs so yeah the only way to use this unit is to put tennis balls under the arch and then it kinda works I have to return it but that is more cumbersome than putting tennis balls under the archway. However. don't take it if you don't have tennis balls 👎

Pros

3 ADJUSTABLE LEVELS from 3" to 5" allow you to adjust the intensity of your back massage. Start slowly from the lowest level over several minutes, gradually increasing sessions in 1-minute increments. Just 3-5 minutes a day provides back decompression and sciatic nerve pain relief.
