Fantastic Customer Service From Account Management To Implementation

We love that they are always here for us!They have been there since day one helping build our platform from scratch, providing great advice when we needed it most (i.e., during implementation). They were also instrumental in building out what would become Pipe 17's first product - Pipes & Tubs which was launched last year as well. I believe this is Pipeworks' second release/launch under new ownership by HBSC. The team has continued its commitment to customer service through all iterations and continues to grow even more so each time around. There isn't much to dislike about working directly wtih them or taking advantage of their expertise. Their focus on efficiency and ease of use keeps customers coming back over and again because everything works seamlessly once setup properly. Our entire pipe business runs off of OMS now making life easier than ever.

  • Supportive support staff who takes pride not only knowing how things work but why too; very easy going people with lots o experience using software like ours..they really know IT stuff!! :) Really appreciate having direct contact wth someone at any level within your organization if you need something done quickly without going up several levels before getting an answer.or being "directed" elsewhere due simply be lackluster internal helpdesk processes..it should NOT
