Very easy and fast integration between Magento & SFDC

With Pipeline 17, we are able to quickly scale up for any customer project that comes along without having to worry about managing multiple third party relationships. We love how simple it is to configure new integrations into our system as well as getting updates from Salesforce in real time! I do not have anything negative to say so far! Their team has been very responsive with all my inquiries. Our primary use case has been shipping orders, but they also support other third parties that help

  • This solution is very intuitive, the setup took no time at all and the documentation is extensive for any issues that pop up
Cons
  • Nothing to dislike so far! I would like to see some more integrations with other partners such as SAP and XERA

Great partner, hands down best sales team ever

Pipelink has been instrumental in our ability to grow as a business and maintain great margins for all our products while also growing revenue year over year by more than 30%. They've helped us scale up from one warehouse facility that could hold about 1 million cases/month (about 10x less capacity) into 2 warehouses each capable of holding 15M+ cases per month - both facilities are now fully booked most days throughout the week! The customer service is fantastic there's really no downside here

We love that they are always here for us!They have been there since day one helping build our platform from scratch, providing great advice when we needed it most (i.e., during implementation). They were also instrumental in building out what would become Pipe 17's first product - Pipes & Tubs which was launched last year as well. I believe this is Pipeworks' second release/launch under new ownership by HBSC. The team has continued its commitment to customer service through all iterations and…

  • Supportive support staff who takes pride not only knowing how things work but why too; very easy going people with lots o experience using software like ours..they really know IT stuff!! :) Really appreciate having direct contact wth someone at any level within your organization if you need something done quickly without going up several levels before getting an answer.or being "directed" elsewhere due simply be lackluster internal helpdesk processes..it should NOT
