With Pipeline 17, we are able to quickly scale up for any customer project that comes along without having to worry about managing multiple third party relationships. We love how simple it is to configure new integrations into our system as well as getting updates from Salesforce in real time! I do not have anything negative to say so far! Their team has been very responsive with all my inquiries. Our primary use case has been shipping orders, but they also support other third parties that help us aggregate different data sets.
