Pros: Comfortable and soft Fits my watch New screws included Cons: The tab holding the extra length of the strap ALWAYS unscrews. Compared to the stock strap, it doesn't have a small protrusion to hold the strap holder in place. This is the second time I have bought this strap, but this time the strap holder has snapped and is about to fall off. The improvement of the strap holder is what it needs. Until it is repaired, a few extra parts will be needed to hold and/or replace the extra strap.
