Perfect for creme brûlée

These ramekins are the perfect size for the creme brûlée we love to make. They're elegant looking and I often receive compliments from our guests regarding them. I use a blow torch to brûlée the top and haven't had any problems. The seller is responsive as well. My first shipment included a broken ramekin. I noticed the seller and the ramekins were quickly replaced.
