This is the review you pay for. I'm happy with the cutter, especially considering the price. If you need high accuracy and plan to use it daily, then Rotatrim is a much better brand, but it's a lot more expensive. This one with a metal base is much lighter than the composite wood base, which is a downside for me. I think I might try attaching my own wooden base under the metal for added strength. As I said, I use it and feel that I got my money's worth and what I was promised. It even comes with a spare blade.
