Connected to KVM via a Mini Displayport to Displayport cable, a USB-C to HDMI converter, then to HDMI cable, Type USB 3.0 - USB device connector. No, the cables are not a problem because when I connect them directly to the monitors or directly to the hub I have no problems. Yes, I've spent a lot of time on permutations. I bought this particular kvm because I saw a video from the manufacturer showing the Macbook Pro connected to the docking station. There are so many bad KVMs out there and such a wide price range that it's incredibly difficult to find a working solution without experimenting with different products.
