All in all this pump pouch is great! It fits my Spectra pump and everything I need for my pump plus my work supplies. I was also able to fit my 40-ounce hydroflask in one of the side pockets and usually slip my wallet in the other for easy access. My car keys fit in the frontmost insulated pocket (for easy access). The front pocket fits the pump, but you can't put anything else in there if you want to keep the charging cable and backflow preventer attached to the actual pump. The top of the bag is also structured to keep the bag open. However, if I had a large lunch box during the day, I wouldn't be able to reach it through the lid to put it in my bag. the inside is collapsing because nothing can hold it there. Overall I highly recommend this bag if you need a bag that will fit everything. The only reason I ended up sending it back was that it was actually too big for my needs, but I also didn't like the fact that I couldn't fit some of my dinners on the top.
