These collars stink so cute on my kids! I love the black and blue space print with little bows! The pull looks like it will come loose if they get caught on something, but at the same time, no pulling force will tear it off and it will be lost. The call is nice, I can hear where they are. They can be for a cat or a small dog. I do not recommend using a leash with a detachable collar. Ideal for indoor and outdoor use without a leash. I rescue and they are perfect for my kitties so I can keep track of everyone.
