I was looking for a fleece that was smooth and easy enough to wear under my dog's harness without chafing. After many attempts this is the only one. It's nice and stretchy and I (miraculously) got what I was looking for on the first try. Thanks to everyone who wrote reviews because the size chart is disabled. My dog is 15 pounds, 18.75 inches across the chest and 14 inches from neck to tail. According to the size chart, it is exactly the oversize. I ordered a medium based on reviews and photos and it fits well and is comfortable. She hasn't had a chance to put it on properly yet but I'm worried it will stretch even more and then I'll have to buy her a small one. Mine arrived with a small dirty spot but since it's made for outdoor activities I just keep it to myself.
