I really like the idea of this software as it has an engaging interface that’s not too overwhelming for customers who are new to our service.
The platform also gives us clear options on how we use the technology and what features work best for different campaigns/users, which saves time and money over having to build everything ourselves! We have used this tool for managing customer support inquiries using live agents at peak times when demand was high. This allowed us to train people into roles they weren't originally trained for so their efficiency could increase and reduce downtime or lost sales.
