Great solution if you're looking outsource call centre services

I really like the idea of this software as it has an engaging interface that’s not too overwhelming for customers who are new to our service. The platform also gives us clear options on how we use the technology and what features work best for different campaigns/users, which saves time and money over having to build everything ourselves! We have used this tool for managing customer support inquiries using live agents at peak times when demand was high. This allowed us to train people into…

Pros
  • It is easy enough even if you're completely unskilled in computer programming terms because there's always plenty online tutorials available.It runs well with no lagging issues whatsoever unlike other apps such Microsoft Teams where users often complain about frequent crashes.
  • Very user friendly once downloaded onto your PC; very intuitive GUI design (although sometimes hard initially due do its large scale)
