I would like to start with instructions for 24/7 mode. - To enable it, you need to click 24/7 mode ONCE when you turn it on for the first time. Then click on the time when you are either close or exact. I recommend waiting until the exact time you want it set for best results. Included. The 24/7 mode works, but not great if you have this thing next to your bed like I do. I say that because it never really gets dark and turns off, just a little dim and the blue light is still pretty bright. I had trouble sleeping while using it. I ended up buying a Finnex Planted+, it's $50 but well worth it if you want real darkness. With Finnex on from 10am to 12pm it does an AMAZING job it actually gets dark and eventually shuts off.
