I read the reviews and loved it and I never leave reviews but I'm going today. First, it doesn't hold a charge well. I charged it so it was ready, when I came back a day later I had to charge it and couldn't use it. Second, when I used it, it didn't mix two ice cubes and two strawberries. As if the blades weren't strong enough. I was very excited to take this to work, but if it doesn't work I won't be able to use it there. Another problem is the bottleneck at the top, which makes it incredibly difficult to add protein powder. I had to use a funnel to pour protein powder in and then it didn't mix because of two strawberries and two pieces of ice cream. So basically it's just an expensive shaker. This is a great liquid-only blender, but you can find a lot cheaper and something that actually carries a fee.
