This is a decent desk. * Pros: The desktop has enough texture to keep things from sliding around, but not so much that it interferes with typing. The L shape is very practical. It's more durable than it looks. *Cons: The workmanship is pretty poor. The grease on the keyboard's slide-out brackets was thick and sticky. I had to wash and apply Vaseline. Some screw holes on various panels and brackets were not perfectly aligned. There are some plastic parts that are usually metal. etc etc. Not sure how it manages to be a solid table with so many things not up to par.
