This dishwasher I don't know where to start. The first wash went well. A full wash takes 2 hours and you need to use it twice a day because it is small. So the energy guide says 17 per year, but that equates to 34 per year. The top spray arm is so sluggish but your dishes come out clean and reasonably dry. On the second day, the top sprinkler stopped working. After reading the manual, I called tech support. couldn't remove it to see if food or something else was stopping it. Technical support could not help, they had no information on how to remove the atomizer. A few hours later I called Revain, they said they could return it so I was more than willing to do so. After that my handyman came in and I told him about the problem and he looked in and realized he had to unscrew it and then pull it down there are little knots. One might think that a suggestion for a product with insufficient brilliance could be included in the manual. The next morning I called Revain and told them we had it fixed so I left it. I had another brand that lasted me for 12 years! Unfortunately, Revain no longer sells it and I really wanted the top atomizer and clear window. Aesthetically it looks very nice like an 80's portable TV and if you overcome the sluggishness of the atomizer it's ok it does the job but it's just adequate and I can work with it. If it takes 6 months I'll be surprised but at the same time I'll save my money because I don't trust this thing. This is my honest review, it gets 2 stars for my book.
