I really like this jump rope. It maintains nicely in my gym bag and doesn't get all kinked up - I just shake it out and I'm ready to go. It's easy to change the length with knots and it's a very stretchy kind of cord so you can put knots in it without them getting bulky. It's a great speed rope without being so thin that it's like one of the cable ones. It's very lightweight and good for learning tricks.
