I don't know if the one I bought was defective but after my first pedicure it was embarrassing, water spilled the whole butt of the car i would bid for the price i paid for it 119 dollars thats really not worth it it wobbles a lot it has no stability at the bottom it has a hump at the bottom so if the customer's feet are in it machine if it down wobbles and fro especially when the massage rollers are on the unit will sway from side to side making the water look like ripples in it, horrible product I want my full refund back let alone what I verified that everything is intact. I didn't miss any plugs or plugs that cost the Elite. I know the damn car is leaking water left and right. I had the biggest puddle and my nail salon. I almost broke my neck standing on it. the machine is useless, stay away and choose a branded product
