This is my first bread maker and I am a beginner baker. I chose this one because of the price and looks. This car is excellent! I followed the recipe from the book for a 1 1/2 pound loaf of French bread. It came out amazing! Almost unemployed! We almost ate all the buttered bread while it was still warm, so good. Next time I'll definitely have a two-pound bun. It was a bit difficult to get the bread out of the mold as the blade is angled and needs to cut through the bottom of the bread. But since I noticed it was moving slowly, I kept shaking the pan and there were no problems. I'm very happy with it!
