We first purchased a set of these shelves about a year ago for my husband's home office, and we had a good experience putting the shelves together. They look really nice and they've held up well over the past year. So when I was looking for some shelves for MY home office, getting another set of these was a natural choice for us. So we ordered these and they arrived quickly. But when we went to put the new set together, there was one frame piece where the screw holes were not lined up correctly. So we contacted the seller through their website and they were extremely helpful and easy to communicate with and they sent us a replacement set of shelves free of charge which arrived just a week after we received the original order. We were able to successfully build the second set of shelves for my office and they look great! Very happy with the shelves and the customer service also.
