The only gripe I have with this biotin shampoo and conditioner is the pumps that it comes with. The pumps are a little cumbersome to use as they only dispense a small amount of product at a time. To get enough, I have to download it over and over again, which takes a little time. Aside from that one issue, this is a great set. In my experience, these shampoos, which are designed to nourish and strengthen hair, can sometimes be difficult to comb through and often get tangled after use. I don't experience it at all with any of them. I also like that the shampoo cleanses my scalp well without drying it out and the conditioner deeply moisturizes without leaving an oily shine or residue. Considering the price this set is currently being sold for, it's more than a fair deal for the quality you're getting here. Usually, these types of treatments can be quite expensive, but it's pretty reasonable.
