I ordered two of these units on 29th November 2019, within a month one (end of December 2019) stopped working. Ordered as a replacement. Cusimax immediately sent me a replacement. I thought it was just a defective item. But now, "April 13, 2020", the other device doesn't work anymore and the new device I received in January 2020 also doesn't heat up as fast as before. It is very slow and not suitable for use. I also tried contacting their support team. no answer Very disappointed with this brand. I would not recommend this brand or this product to anyone in the future.
