Updating this part works fine.
Not OEM ground strap though. The part works perfectly, we remove the old tape and put it on this one. To install this on the Neon (1997), drill out the rivets and insert the spring clips into the three holes, which line up perfectly, from the old part. After this modification, the part fits perfectly. Well, a few dollars more
