I have found that as I get older my hair becomes much thinner and sparser. Now it's not a huge difference, but it's enough to notice when I run my fingers through my hair. When I shower or comb my hair, a lot more hair falls out. So I decided to do something about it before it got worse. I had never used a shampoo for thinning hair before so I wasn't sure if it would even work. Also, I should mention that I have colored hair so I wasn't sure how this product would affect the color. However, I am happy to report that this shampoo actually works very well. I've been using it for a little over a month and I'm seeing good results. It's not a very big difference, of course, but I can see the difference in my hair. I've definitely grown more hair in areas that were sparse and I shed less hair when I brush or shower. It doesn't smell of chemicals like you would expect from a shampoo like this, which is definitely a plus. It also lathers well on my hair without much effort. My hair looks a little thicker and healthier which is what I wanted. It also didn't affect my colored hair at all, which was good. Only thing to do with it is that after a few uses my hair didn't seem to get any shinier and was less soft. It could be because of my dyed hair, but I'm not sure. However, I use a very strong conditioner to counteract this.
