Review on Lucas Group by Mike Modesto

The ability for our team members to connect with other teams across multiple locations as well as within each location is amazing! There are so many benefits that come along with working at Lucas but I would say the biggest benefit has been how much more connected everyone feels when they work together. It's always fun coming into work every day knowing you're going to have an awesome time while helping others achieve their goals. Nothing really. If there was anything it'd be that sometimes meetings can get long or people tend to talk too fast which makes it hard to follow what someone else is saying. But overall great experience. We've realized that we need to continue to grow this department in order to keep up with demand of our clients needs.
