I use theses to work with graphite, charcoal, pastel and any other material that I need to mix or mix. I love them because you can use them over and over again in place of paper dots, they get into those hard-to-reach places, and they work so beautifully. I recommend them to everyone in my art group when they ask for help with shading and blending, and I've gained fans from other artists. The advantage of this set is that it comes in different sizes: the larger ones are suitable for shading large areas, the smallest for very narrow spaces.
