I have tried many routers over the years. When the last one died, I got this one. Easy to install and durable enough for most homes. (It's a big old house and this thing is in a loft conversion on the 3rd floor - don't ask. The only weak signal is way back in the kitchen. You'd have to be in violation of FCC rules to get that far ..) The router has been activated since I set it up. I turn it off and on again to restart it from time to time if something goes wrong (this applies to any router of any brand, so nothing special about this device). No major hiccups, which is good because tech support and firmware updates are like trying to find the Ark of the Covenant or a feathered unicorn.
